Can second guardian control the watch?

Can second guardian control the watch?

No,

For Security reason, only the first guardian have the full control of the watch.

Other guardians only have limited access to the device like they can see the location of the child or receive notifications if the child need help etc. They cannot edit or change control of the child watch.
