My SIM is not working in watch but it is working in phone , I have inserted the SIM but still not working ?
Sir, kindly make sure that the SIM is not LTE based SIM and has both calling and data pack (Data can be 2G/3G/4G). Then, insert the SIM again and switch off and on the device 3-4 times and check for the signal. Sometimes, due to poor connectivity in some area - the SIM might take little time to connect and show the signal in the watch for the first time.

, the watch still does not show any signal then visit the website www.mysecurekid.com and then generate your query with our technical team. We will provide a code or send a technical code directly from the server which will kick-start the watched network and once connected there won’t be any issue with the SIM again.
