What is the difference between SOS number and Whitelist numbers how can they both connect via incoming and outgoing?

SOS Numbers-
SOS numbers are the emergency numbers when a child needs help can contact on these numbers by pressing the SOS button for 3-5 seconds. You can add up to 3 SOS numbers. In case the call is not picked on the 1st number then the call goes onto the second number and then on the 3rd number and so on the loop runs until the call is picked. The SOS number is used to connect the child in case of an emergency.

Whitelist numbers-
it is a set of the number who can call the watch.  Other than that, all the calls are blocked. You can add up to 10  numbers in the whitelist. The whitelisting helps to restrict any stranger from calling your child or gets connected to your child even if he has the SIM number. This works as an additional layer of the security as no one can call your child till you whitelist them by adding his or her number through My SecureKid application. In order to activate the whitelist, just add at least one number in the whitelist. The phonebook and SOS are also the trusted contacts and are treated as whitelist numbers.
