I am not getting notifications on my mobile application (MySecureKid)?
Case 1 - Notifications not enabled from Device Settings
In order to switch on the notification -
Step 1 - Got to Device Settings in the MySecureKid mobile application.
Step 2 - Switch on the notifications by sliding the sliders to the right.
If the problem exists then check Case 2.
Case 2 - Your Watch does not have the Internet connection
Check if there is internet connection signal in the watch and the mobile phone. If the watch does not have internet signal then check if your subscription is active or not, If your subscription is over then immediately renew it.
